Lyfegen is a fast-growing health-tech company making healthcare more accessible and affordable by delivering solutions for healthcare payers and pharma to identify the right drug pricing agreements, simulate and understand the financial impacts of those agreements, and automate the management of them.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Market Access and Pricing Consultant. This role is crucial in consulting and working with our customers and Lyfegen’s solutions. The role is focused primarily on leading and delivering consulting projects, driving product adoption and ensuring customers receive the support needed to be successful. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of innovation in healthcare technology while working independently.

Your main responsibilities:

- Serve as the subject matter expert on drug pricing agreements and simulations, offering strategic insights and expertise to support customer needs.

- Lead and deliver high-quality consultancy projects for Lyfegen’s customers, ensuring timely, data-driven, and actionable recommendations that align with client goals and health system requirements.

- Oversee the rollout and customer implementation of Lyfegen’s solutions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from start to finish.

- Offer advisory services, identifying alternative approaches when current strategies do not align with best practices or desired outcomes.

- Collect customer requirements and proactively identify upsell opportunities by engaging at key moments to drive revenue growth.

Who you are:

- Deep expertise of U.S. pharmaceutical market dynamics, including pharma and government and commercial payer ecosystems, drug pricing, contracting and negotiations.

- Strong passion for innovative drug contracting models, with a focus on transforming patient access through value-driven strategies.

- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for supporting clients, building relationships, and delivering meaningful impact.

- Keen interest in consulting and analytics, with a talent for developing tailored solutions to complex pricing and access challenges.

- Natural commercial acumen with the ability to leverage consultative selling to identify upsell opportunities and deepen customer engagement.

- Advanced knowledge in Pharmacoeconomics, health economics, public health, or comparable.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, strategic engagements, and industry events as needed.
