We’re looking for a Senior Talent Recruiter to play a key role in scaling our team globally. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across different departments. In addition, you will also support general HR and administrative activities. This role requires a proactive, creative, and resourceful senior recruiter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Your main responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance for various roles, including tech, sales, marketing, and administrative positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including headhunting, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates, including LinkedIn searches, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Conduct the initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with our scale-up environment.
- Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality and up-to-date and provide clarity and connection for the new talents, so their roles serve the overall business vision.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, running background checks, and employment contracts’ creation.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
Who you are:
- 5 years+ of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a software startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment. Experience with HR and administrative tasks is considered a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong sourcing and recruiting skills with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools. Experience in applying artificial intelligence tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent spoken and written in English, any additional language is a plus.
