We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth. In this role, you will engage with new prospects and existing customers to sell the Lyfegen suite of solutions. You will act as a business leader, building positive, trusted relationships with key influencers and decisions makers across the territory to close opportunities.

Your main responsibilities:

· Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction within assigned territory.

· Build, own and execute sales strategy for assigned territory.

· Identify, qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.

· Develop and implement territory and account plans to build pipeline and deliver on revenue targets.

· Own the end-to-end sales process by working closely with internal stakeholders such as business development, product, marketing, customer success and the leadership team.

· Leverage data, case studies, benchmark reports and key internal assets to nurture, advise, and support customer’s decision process.

· Research and understand the healthcare industry landscape, including market trends, competitive analysis, and customer pain points.

· Deliver compelling and polished sales presentations and demonstrations.

· Provide and report pipeline, forecast, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system. 

Who you are:

· Ideally 3-5 years in sales, prospecting and lead generation for a SaaS based software company.

· Previous experience in health insurances, hospitals or pharmaceutical industry is required.

· Knowledge of drug pricing, contracting and rebate management within the pharmaceutical industry.

· Experience in Pharma Market Access and Pricing strategies.

· Ability to work across new logo prospects and existing customer base.

· Successful track record selling SaaS based solutions and achieving assigned targets.

· Ability to develop and leverage relationships with senior industry leaders and key influencers.

· Self-starter and able to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

· Ability to ramp quickly with Lyfegen solutions.

· Ability to travel to prospective customers, company events and meetings.

· Ability to interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner through writing, speech and presentation skills.

· Creative, analytical mindset that can identify solutions and adapt quickly to change.

· Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

· Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools is a plus. 

· Fluent in German and English proficiency required.
