We’re currently recruiting for an HR / Talent Administrator to play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and people-centered HR operations at Lyfegen.

This role supports the full employee lifecycle -from onboarding to offboarding - while helping build scalable HR processes suitable for a growing, distributed health-tech company.

You will work closely with leadership and external partners to ensure efficient HR administration, accurate record-keeping, and positive employee experience. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Your main responsibilities:  

HR Administration & Operations

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration (contracts, onboarding, changes, offboarding).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems/personnel files.
  • Support employment contract preparation, amendments, and renewals in collaboration with the Talent Director.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal policies across relevant geographies.
  • Administer HR policies, ensuring documentation is current and consistently applied.

Benefits & Data Management

  • Support administration of benefits/internal programs responding to employee queries.
  • Maintain HR data integrity, including headcount reporting and basic people's metrics.
  • Support audits or due diligence requests by preparing HR-related documentation.

Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Experience

  • Own the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth and welcoming start (contracts, systems access coordination, documentation).
  • Support offboarding processes, including exit documentation and coordination with IT and finance departments.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and a positive remote-working culture.

Performance & People Processes

  • Provide administrative support for performance review cycles.
  • Track key HR processes and deadlines (probation periods, contract renewals).
  • Assist with documentation related to feedback, development plans, and role changes.

HR Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the design and documentation of scalable HR processes suitable for a growing start-up.
  • Assist with implementation and optimization of HR tools and systems.
  • Contribute to people-related initiatives aligned with Lyfegen’s values and growth ambitions.

Who you are:

  • 2 years + experience in an HR Administrator role, or similar one.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).  
  • Previous experience in a software startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment is an advantage.  
  • Exposure to multi-country or remote workforce HR administration.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Fluent spoken and written in English, any additional language is a plus.
