We’re looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to play a key role in shaping our solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for executing data analytics projects, specifically retrospective analysis, and managing our rebate management service for clients. You will also conduct technical investigations within our platform to support troubleshooting and optimization — all to align business goals with technical capabilities.

Your main responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end operative rebate management process, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining clear communication with customers, other external partners and with internal teams.
- Execute and support data analysis projects, with a focus on retrospective rebate analysis for clients.
- Validate, clean, and prepare data for analysis using appropriate tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders, presenting analysis findings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring clarity in rebate management processes.
- Maintain and update rebate agreements in the Lyfegen Platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Lyfegen Platform.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to the knowledge base with solutions and best practices.
- Support client onboarding related to data analytics and rebate management.
- Assist in maintaining client-specific documentation and user guides.
Who you are:
- 4-5 years of experience in customer success, data analysis, business analysis, or healthcare.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data preparation, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and data visualization.
- Experience with drug reimbursement processes and drug pricing is highly desirable.
- Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot platform-related issues.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and German (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
