We’re looking for a Customer Implementation & Analytics Specialist

to play a key role in shaping our solutions. In this role, you will be managing the entire customer onboarding process, from initial setup and account configuration to developing tailored onboarding plans as well as conducting data analysis projects together with the customers — all to align business goals with technical capabilities.

Your main responsibilities:

· Plan and manage end-to-end onboarding projects for new customers, ensuring timelines are met and facilitating a smooth handoff to the Customer Success Specialist.

· Deliver customer training through webinars and create/update educational resources such as guides and knowledge base articles.

· Become an expert in the Lyfegen Platform and set up customer accounts, including complex agreement configurations.

· Lead and conduct data analysis projects in collaboration with the customers.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and identify upselling opportunities.

· Gather customer feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process and enhance the platform’s user experience.


Who you are:

· Previous experience in SaaS environments is highly valued.

· Background in customer success, customer onboarding, or implementation roles.

· Experience working alongside sales teams to scope out customer needs during the sales process can be advantageous.

· Experience in business analysis to better understand customer workflows and suggest optimal configurations can be advantageous.

· Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to query data, generate insights, and support customer projects.

· Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple customer projects.

· Passion for helping customers succeed and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

· Ability to quickly learn and understand software products and translate technical information for non-technical users.

· Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective solutions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to guide customers through technical concepts and product features. Other languages such as German, Spanish and French are a plus.
