We’re looking for a AI Business Analyst
to play a key role in shaping our solutions. In this role, you will support the development of AI tools for drug contracting. This is a unique opportunity to work on a groundbreaking AI initiative that brings together domain expertise in healthcare contracting, large language models (LLMs) and user centered product design - all to align business goals with technical capabilities.

Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and engage end-users to align solutions with real needs.
- Research user workflows and decision points in drug contracting to shape AI-driven interactions.
- Define how structured and unstructured data is collected, processed and validated.
- Design user stories, flowcharts, AI prompt examples, edge cases and validation criteria.
- Support the testing and refinement of AI behaviors. Ensure relevant and explainable outputs.
- Maintain evolving documentation of use cases, prompt-response logic, and business rules.
Who you are:
Must-have experience and skills:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in SaaS or digital products, with strong Agile team experience.
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear specifications, user flows and communications for diverse audiences.
- Skilled in client engagement, uncovering pain points and aligning solutions with business needs.
- Fluent in English
AI-specific skills and knowledge:
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (incl. generative AI, LLMs, RAG) with hands-on experience in prompt design, knowledge modeling and evaluating AI outputs.
- Awareness of human-in-the-loop workflows, ethical considerations and practical applications of AI (e.g. copilots, conversational interfaces).
